Over the years, Viktoriya built her career working across Europe and Asia, gaining firsthand experience in countries such as China, Singapore, and Thailand. Her work has taken her through many facets of the equestrian world — from riding and coaching to supervising teams, training stable staff, coordinating events, and supporting the development of equestrian businesses.
These experiences revealed something important: talent and passion alone are not enough to build lasting success in this industry. Riders, horses, and stables need structure, knowledge, and professional guidance to grow in a sustainable way.
