Technical skills are evaluated directly in the working environment. Horse care routines, grooming standards, tack management, feeding systems, and stable organization are observed in real time. At the same time, the daily workflow of the stable is mapped in order to understand how tasks move from one person to another throughout the day

2. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Creation

Once the current situation is clear, the next step is the creation of operational standards. VK Equestrian Services develops a structured framework of Standard Operating Procedures designed specifically for the stable. These procedures become the foundation of daily work. They define how horses are prepared, how equipment is maintained, how feeding routines are managed, how facilities are organized, and how safety protocols are respected. The result is a clear operational manual that allows every member of the team to work with consistency and confidence, regardless of experience level.
